Thanks

Thanks to the many musicians who have influenced or taught me and made a musical impression or musical inspiration in my life.  I am feeling thankful. I had the opportunity to see Howie Stevenson last week, and it was an encouragement and a blessing. I recently got reacquainted with two former choir teachers of mine. I've been feeling thankful for their skills and the musical mark they have left on so many lives including my own. Here are some: (In no particular order)
  • Melissa -
  • Mom
  • Dad
  • Heather
  • Howie and Marilyn Stevenson
  • Miss Lehman from WCS
  • Tammy - My first voice teacher
  • Mr. MacDougal - My first Classical Voice teacher
  • Paul Krake
  • Mrs. Owens
  • Mrs. Allee
  • Mrs. Goldman
  • Janet Smith
  • John Alexander
  • Dr. Wolverton
  • Dr. Madsen
  • Carol Aspling - My first Classical Choral experience
  • Mr. Perry
  • Dr. Baker Jordan - it was in her piano classes in college that I learned how to play stylistically on the piano for teaching choir - and how to fake my way through an octavo!
  • Bev Vance
