I've been a Mommy for almost a full year. A working mommy. Not exactly what I had imagined would have happened 10 years ago. But, as it would appear, God has had different plans for us for the time being. And in the midst of this first year of parenting with my wonderful spouse, we have been in the midst of a year long house fixing project. God has been very good to us, blessing us in countless ways, yet growing us in so many areas, as well, for myself, particularly in patience and communication. I love being a wife, and I love being a mommy. It is amazing how God puts all the right pieces in the right place, at the right time. Sometimes it's easy to think that there are pieces missing, or broken, but I guess since we don't really see the whole thing, or the big picture on the outside of the puzzle box, we just have to trust God. MUCH easier said than done.
