Making Changes

So, in attempt to loose some weight I've gained, and yo-yo-ed on for a few years, I have joined a gym. I am feeling the results of my new resolution to get healthy, and to maintain a healthy lifestyle... I apparently don't eat enough protein.... okay.... so, if I eat all the meat and protein I'm supposed, to I'm going to feel like a carnivore.... I already love eating meat, but now... if I stick with this plan the gym gave me, I'm going to have to eat alot more protein. Ahhhh. I'm also going to have to remember to eat on a regular schedule.... and to eat something besides carbs. Ah. Ah. Ah.
